Monday practice report

Anybody leave a coat at practice tonite? Maybe it was in the gym before we got there. But just checking. If so, I have a blue winter type coat.

The kids got their jerseys tonite. They are for games only, not for running around in. Please remind them of that.

Next practice is Friday at 6PM at RMS diamond (I'm expecting the snow to be gone). If not, we will probably punt, but stay tuned. If you have church, go to church. I totally understand it is Good Friday.

We are going to have a scrimmage on Saturday at 1PM at RMS. If your son is not going to be there, please let me know. I have already heard from 1 parent.

Encourage the boys to get out and play catch on their own. Our practices are really too short and too infrequent to make big strides in their talent level. If they are gonna plant their hiney in front of the TV, encourage them to watch baseball on TV.

We had a pretty decent practice tonite for inside. Kent worked with the boys swing off the T. Paul and I worked on bunting and throwing with the guys. Then we all worked on situations and knowing "What am I going to do if the ball is hit to me?"
